Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA
4:30pm Pre-K Martial Arts - Class today the kids will work on planking and stand up presses as part of their push up development. They will also learn the most dominant position in jiu jitsu, Back Control.

5:30pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Class will begin with a quick warm up ran by Ty and followed up with Mount 102. For technique the kids will be working on headlock defenses from the standing position. Class will end with rounds of rolling.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (GI) - This evenings class will have a short warm up and stretch, followed by drilling armlocks from the closed guard. For technique Shane will be teaching his favorite bottom half guard position.

6:30pm Adult Striking - Tonight we are warming up with some pad work, followed by sparring. The boys are a few weeks out from the event and sparring rounds are needed. We will have them run a conditioning circuit afterwards if anyone wants to join.
