Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, and NoGi.
12:00pm Adult Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - Scotty will start a quick warm up and stretch, and drilling the swivel armlock from guard. The major technique portion of class will cover attacks from proper side control.

6:30pm NoGi - Class will begin with a warm up, takedown drills, and continue working on the swivel armlock. The technique portion of class will focus on Kimura attacks.
