12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - Today we are working on our cross knee pass from half guard. Cross knee has multiple setup options but my favorite takes advantage of the bottom player's main half guard tool.

6:30pm Adult NoGi - Tonight's NoGi class will be focused on single leg entries via arm drag. We will also cover using the arm drag from guard to create threats to your opponents back. The threat of the back take often leads to sweeps giving you top position.
