9.28.23 Martial Arts in Thibodaux - Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, and No Gi Grappling

Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, and No Gi grappling.

12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - Warm up and closed guard armlocks will begin class. We will follow that with getting to the kimura from knee shield, and as usual end with some rounds of rolling.

4:30pm Little Kids Taekwondo

5:30pm Big Kids Taekwondo

6:30pm Adult No Gi grappling - Tonight we will cover the connection between the kimura, armlock and back control.
