Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense
4:30pm Pre-K Martial Arts - The kids will continue working on their squats and roundhouse kicks.

5:30pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Class will begin with a quick jog followed by Mount 102. For Self Defense, kids will continue working on headlock defenses from the ground position. Class will end with rounds of rolling.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (GI) - As usual class will have a short warm up and stretch, followed by drilling armlocks from the closed guard. Scotty will teach knee shield half guard. Class will end with rounds of flow training and scenario drilling.

6:30pm Adult Striking - Tonight we will have a heavy focus on pad work.
