9.26.23 Martial Arts in Thibodaux - Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense

Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, and Self Defense.

12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - Warm up and closed guard armlocks will begin class. We will cover beating the reverse kesa position from bottom half guard. Class will end with drilling and rounds of rolling.

4:30pm Little Kids Taekwondo

5:30pm Big Kids Taekwondo

6:30pm Adult Self Defense/Combatives (Gi) - Bring gloves and mouth piece to class, preferably MMA style gloves. Tonight we are covering headlock defense from ground positions. Class will finish with situation specific drilling and rolling. Please keep in mind everything covered in this class will be part of our blue belt test.
