9.25.23 NGMA Today - Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA

Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA

4:30pm Pre-K Martial Arts - The kids will work on squats and roundhouse kicks. Class will end with either a game or grappling.

5:30pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Class will begin with a quick jog followed immediately by Mount 102. For technique the kids will be working on headlock defenses from the ground position. Class will end with rounds of rolling.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (GI) - As usual class will have a short warm up and stretch, followed by drilling armlocks from the closed guard. Shane will teach half guard very briefly and follow with lots of rolling time.

6:30pm Adult Striking - Tonight we will warm up with light partner drills and work on splitting the jab and cross. Plenty sparring to follow.
