9.20.23 NGMA Today - Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA

Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA

4:30pm Pre-K Martial Arts - Class today the kids will work on planking and focus on proper push up technique. They will review the Back Control position and either play a game or grapple to end class.

5:30pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Class will begin with a quick warm up followed by Mount 102. The kids will review headlock defenses from the standing position. Class will end with rounds of rolling.

Parents, we are planning to have monthly stripe and belt promotions. First promotion day will be Mon. Oct. 2nd. This class will start at 5:15 to give a few extra needed minutes for promotions.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (GI) - Class will have a short warm up, stretch, and armlocks from the closed guard. For technique Jonathan will be teaching his favorite guard position, deep half guard.

6:30pm Adult Striking - We will begin with a quick warm up followed by our defensive striking drills. After that we will have lots of sparring to help prep Lil Paul for his upcoming MMA debut at the Thibodaux Civic Center on Sat. Oct, 7th.
