Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA
12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - Warm up and closed guard armlocks will begin the class. After that we will work on bottom half guard framing and sweeps. Class will end with rounds of rolling.

6:30pm Adult Self Defense/Combatives (Gi) - Bring gloves to class. Preferably MMA style gloves and a mouth piece. Tonight we are covering headlock defense from standing. Class will finish with situation specific drilling and rolling.
