12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - This is our last day of our top half guard training block. Lunch class will cover the back step pass, and a simple game you can play if you lose you mount to you partners half guard.

5:30pm Big Kid's Tae Kwon Do

6:30pm Adult NoGi - NoGi class will start with closed guard armlocks, single leg finishes, and sprawls. The main technique of this evenings class will focus on head and arm passing to gain an underhook. This concept is a must for passing without a gi.
