9.12.23 NGMA Today - Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA

Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA

12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - We will have our normal lunch class warm up followed by drilling closed guard armlocks. Technique portion of class will focus on the underhook pass, and at least two ways to finish it.

4:30pm Little Kids Taekwondo

5:30pm Big Kids Taekwondo

6:30pm Adult Self Defense/Combatives (Gi) - Bring gloves to class tonight. Preferably MMA style gloves and a mouth piece. If you need gloves we have a few pairs at the academy for purchase. Tonight we are covering strike defense from standing and guard positions.
