Today's schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA
4:30pm Pre-k Martial Arts - We will continue to work on developing their jumping jacks and cross. The kids will have a few rounds of grappling at the end of class. If possible, remind your little ones before class that stripes are awarded based on class behavior.

5:30pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Class will begin with a quick warmup, followed by Mount 101. We will then have a quick review of controlling dominant position. Class will end with rounds of grappling.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - Today will be focusing on the basics of Reverse De La Riva guard. We will cover timing to off balance your opponent and two fundamental sweeps. Class will be fast paced so we can get some additional rounds of rolling for guys that are competing soon.
