Toady's schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA

4:30pm Pre-k Martial Arts - We will continue working on our break fall, stand in base, and side control position. The kids should get more comfortable with these movements since they are getting to repeat them again.

5:30pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Today class will start quickly by shortening our typical warm up. We will repeat Mount 101 and our escapes from Monday. Our instructors will add an additional technique of their choice if the kids are doing well with their assigned escapes. Class will finish with guard pass drilling.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - This evening Tony will be teaching the De La Riva guard of his choice. Again, this is a versatile guard that has many different variations. Technique will be brief and followed by a heavy dose of situation specific drilling.

6:30pm Adult MMA - Tonight we are going to work on hiding our strikes behind movement and continue to develop our kicking ability. We'll close our class with some light sparring rounds.
