12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - Today we will be working another variation on the De La Riva guard. This variation is a mixture between DLR and X-guard that leads into the side smash position once you've completed a good sweep.

4:30pm Little Kids Taekwondo

5:30pm Big Kids Taekwondo

6:30pm Adult Self Defense/Combatives (Gi) - Class this evening is all about guard retention. We will look at recovering guard from dominant positions and managing distance while defending the guard pass.
