4:30 Pre-K Martial Arts - What are we covering today? Learning to tie your belt (this will be covered briefly every class), jumping jacks, and standing punch defense. Parent's please understand that the skills learned in this class will not be mastered on day one. We have put together a set of classes that will help your youngster learn the needed class behaviors and techniques for our next age group. Please be patient and help your child at home if possible.

5:30 Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - technique development today will be focused on defending headlocks on the ground. Each belt rank will be working specific defenses according to their level of skill. The technique they learn today is also (excluding white belts) what they need to know in order to achieve their 3rd stripe.

6:30 Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Anthony Vining will be covering our Inside Right Passing Hub. This will help you learn to control your opponents open guard. All ranks are encouraged to attend, especially blue belts on up.

6:30 Adult TaeKwonDo - class with Jason "Cajun Ninja" Derouen

6:30 Adult MMA - CSA 4 point combo drills. These striking drills have a proven track record of for developing high level athletes in kickboxing. We will also cover our NGMA ground and pound curriculum, followed by situational grappling drills.
