Today's schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA
6:30pm Open Mat - Clock will be set for six-10 min rounds this evening. Also, feel free to bring some gloves and work striking. We have a couple guys that will be doing some striking drills, so feel free to jump in with them if you'd like. Lastly, especially white belts, use this as a time to brush up on the testing curriculum that we will be implementing at the beginning of the year.
