12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)- Today will be the start of our open guard training block. We will begin with De La Riva guard. This guard can be played if your opponent is standing or squatting with one knee up. Good for attacking sweeps and submissions the DLR is one of the more popular guards in sport jiu-jitsu.

4:30pm Little Kid's Taekwondo

5:30pm Big Kid's Taekwondo

6:30pm Adult No-Gi- The same as last week, we will work on our wrestling base and review the thread from the Russian into the cradle position. Continuing from the Lat Choke we will start add to our submission chain.
