Today's schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA

12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)- At lunch class we will be covering the leg drag position. Similar to the knee split, it give the passer the control to finish in side control, mount, or back control. Find this position by focusing your body to the outside of your partners legs.

4:30pm Little Kid's Taekwondo

5:30pm Big Kid's Taekwondo

6:30pm Adult Self Defense/Combatives- Side Control, Mount, and Back Control Escapes will be covered in detail this evening. Your fundamental escapes will never change during all of your training. What will change is your perspective and execution of these techniques. Your ability to understand these techniques and their application will deepen with every conscious repetition made. Also, these fundamental escapes are part of required testing for blue belt starting at the beginning of the year.
