6:30pm Open Mat - I figured we would do something a little different for open mat, so we are rolling for 3-20 minute rounds. Drag your favorite training partners in. You'll notice the pace of the rolls will be different. You need to understand the game a bit better. Your goal is to finish strong and in control. I will pair everyone up for some solid round.
