Today's schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA

12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - The side smash is a position that allows us to create a lot of pressure when passing, but it also becomes a central hub that allows us many passing options. This position is made famous by Rafael Lovato, the most decorated American grappler to date and doing so at the highest levels without relying on tricks.

6:30 Adult No-Gi - For our takedown portion of class we will be working on a position that's known as "The Russian", a two on one arm control. We will cover foot sweeps and a modified uchi mata as a snapdown. The snapdown will connect to a cradle position where we will have multiple choke options. This class will be a good one for all skill levels.
