Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Pre-k Martial Arts, Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense, Adult Striking

4:30pm Pre-K Martial Arts - In class today the kids will have a short discussion on, "what is discipline". They will also work on developing balance, and clinch takedowns.

5:30pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Class will begin as usual with a warm up followed by Side Control 101. Technique today will cover choke defenses from our self defense curriculum. Class will end with positional grappling.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (GI) - Tonight's class will cover the swivel arm lock from the guard position as part of warm up. During the technique portion of class Shane will teach pinning and attacks from the North/South position.

6:30pm Adult Striking - This evening we are working on head movement, footwork, single punches and kicks. Please note* everything covered in this class is part of our blue belt testing. Jiu-Jitsu white belts this class is for you. Bring boxing gloves and mouth piece.
