Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Pre-k Martial Arts, Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense

4:30pm Pre-K Martial Arts - Today we will revisit "Taking Ownership", identifying "Left and Right", and Punch Defense from the standing position.

5:30pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Class today will cover all five of our positional escaping drills and will have lots of rolling to follow.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (GI) - For tonight's class Mr. Dr. Josh will start a quick warm up and stretch, followed with drilling the swivel armlock from guard. The major technique portion of class he will cover attacks from proper side control.

6:30pm Adult Striking - This is fight week for the boys. We will cater most of the class around their drilling needs. Please feel welcome to jump in and give them extra bodies to train with during this week.
