10.3.23 Martial Arts in Thibodaux - Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense

Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, and Self Defense.

12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - Class will begin with a quick warm up followed by drilling the swivel armlock. For technique we are working bottom side control escapes. Class will end with rounds of drilling and rolling.

4:30pm Little Kids Taekwondo

5:30pm Big Kids Taekwondo

6:30pm Adult Self Defense/Combatives (Gi) - Bring gloves and mouth piece to class, preferably MMA style gloves. In today's class we are covering rear choke defense and bottom side control. We will finish with situation specific drilling and rolling. Please keep in mind everything covered in this class will be part of our blue belt test.
