Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Pre-k Martial Arts, Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense, Adult Striking

4:30pm Pre-K Martial Arts - Today we will warm up with line drills. We will also focus on the mount position and how to hold it. Class will end with an obstacle course that combines movement, striking and pinning.

5:30pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Class warm up will be focused around line drills Side Control 101. For technique we will work on guard recovery from dominant positions. Class will end guard pass drilling.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (GI) - Shane will start class with a Judo based warm up and armlock drilling from the guard. He will be teaching low and middle mount pinning and attacks.

6:30pm Adult Striking - As part of warm up we will run through our single punch and kick series. Followed by hi/low combo's with angles. Class will end with "kick" sparring. Please note* things covered in this class is part of our blue belt testing. Jiu-Jitsu white belts this class is for you. Bring boxing gloves and mouth piece.
