Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense

4:30pm Pre-K Martial Arts - Today we will discuss "Taking Ownership" with the kids. We will work on identifying "Left and Right", and Punch Defense from the standing position.

5:15pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Today is promotion day. Class will begin at 5:15 to give us a few extra minutes to cover the promotions. After promotions we will have LOTS of rolling.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (GI) - Class this evenings will begin with a typical warm up, followed by bottom side control. Specifically how to create a defensive shell.

6:30pm Adult Striking - This is fight week for the boys. We will cater most of the class around their drilling needs. Please feel welcome to jump in and give them extra bodies to train with during this week.
