10.19.23 Martial Arts in Thibodaux - Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, Nogi

Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, and Nogi.

12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu (Gi) - Class will begin with standup scenario grappling as a warm up. Then we will cover reversals from bottom mount and close out class with rounds of rolling.

4:30pm Little Kids Taekwondo - Today we will continue to work on our balance, foot work, and front kick. We will also have a few rounds of sparring and end class with an obstacle course.

5:30pm Big Kids Taekwondo - Our older kids will continue building on what we started on Monday. Movement drills, front kicks, and punch combination #2 will be our class focus today. We will also pad up and spar.

6:30pm Adult Nogi - This evening we will again cover Kimura attacks. We will use the Kimura to counter single legs and force sweeps from bottom half guard.
