Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Pre-k Martial Arts, Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense, Adult Striking

4:30pm Pre-K Martial Arts - Today we will focus on basic tumbling, footwork, break fall and stand in base, and side control pinning.

5:30pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Class warm up will be focused around line drills. We will then continue working on our 101 drills for escaping bottom positions.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (GI) - We will start class by warming up with scenario drilling. Technique will cover reversals from bottom mount position.

6:30pm Adult Striking - Tonight we are doing some basic footwork drills and working our single punch and kick series. Please note* things covered in this class is part of our blue belt testing. Jiu-Jitsu white belts this class is for you. Bring boxing gloves and mouth piece.
