Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Pre-k Martial Arts, Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense, Adult Striking

4:30pm Pre-K Martial Arts - Today we will focus on basic tumbling as well as our usual break fall and stand in base. We will also work on side control pinning.

5:30pm Kid's Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu - Class warm up will be focused around line drills Side Control 101. Technique portion of class will be working on #1 escapes from dominant positions. Class will end guard pass drilling.

6:30pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (GI) - Tonight we are drilling the swivel arm lock from the guard position as part of warm up. Shane will be teaching guard recovery from bottom mount position.

6:30pm Adult Striking - This evening we will begin with drilling single punches and kicks with a partner. Please note* things covered in this class is part of our blue belt testing. Jiu-Jitsu white belts this class is for you. Bring boxing gloves and mouth piece.
