10.12.23 Martial Arts in Thibodaux - Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, and NoGi classes

Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, and NoGi.

12:00pm Adult Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - Today we are covering tournament strategies from the standing position, and knee on belly attacks.

4:30pm Little Kids Taekwondo

5:30pm Big Kids Taekwondo

6:30pm NoGi - Class will begin with a warm up, takedown drills, and continuing work on the swivel armlock. Technique portion of class will focus on more Kimura attacks.
