10.10.23 Martial Arts in Thibodaux - Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense

Today's Class Schedule at Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA will cover Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, and Self Defense.

12:00pm Adult Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) - Today we will warm up by covering the swivel armlock and stand up strategies. Main technique will be focused on attacks from the North/South position.

4:30pm Little Kids Taekwondo

5:30pm Big Kids Taekwondo

6:30pm Adult Self Defense/Combatives (Gi) - This evening we are working on swivel armlock and standing rear choke defense as part of our warm up. We will then move onto top side position covering our fundamental pins and attacks.
